Lewiston-Porter Central School District

Design and construction administration services for the Phase 1B general reconstruction work at the high school and the Phase 2 $26 million Capital Improvement Project. The Phase 2 project included:

  • High School: Chiller and cooling tower replacement; new PA and master clock system; new electrical main service distribution switchboard; pool filters, pumps and sterilization equipment; and design for architectural program items including the “Area B” first floor new addition and reconstruction projects.

  • Middle School: Emergency generator and electrical distributon system upgrades; new computer lab split system A/C; and new hot water heaters.

  • Intermediate Education Center: Boiler room ventilation; sanitary sewer run and new duplex pump system; new media center, computer lab and TV studio room split system A/C; and design for architectural program items including new z-spline ceilings and new recessed entrance.

  • Primary Education Center: Emergency lighting upgrade; emergency generator and electrical distribition system upgrade; new steam and condensate piping, pumps and chemical treatment system; and design for architectural program items including renovation of the main office area.
