$24 million Phase 1 of Highland Park Village, located on the site of the former Central Park Plaza. The $90 million, multiphase project will ultimately result in 500+ units in a mix of rental apartments, for-sale homes and townhomes. It will also include 10,000 sf for neighborhood retail services such as a grocery store, restaurant, drugstore and coffee shop. Phase 1A consists of four three-story buildings totaling 52 rental apartments. Construction documents have been completed for Phase 1B, which consists of three three-story buildings with 32 townhomes for sale.
