Engineering services for the $30 million redevelopment of the former Donovan State Office Building into a 96-room Courtyard by Marriott, retail and restaurant space, Class A office space, and parking ramp.

The hotel guest rooms are located on the 2^nd through 4^th floors. There are four meeting rooms with a total of 1,036 sf of event space and with full banquet/catering services. The Bistro, an onsite restaurant, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The 4,000 sf, 140-seat Pizza Plant Italian Pub has a dining room, “grab-and-go” section and bar. The basement level houses the hotel pool, exercise room and a sitting area/common space. The basement level also houses the hotel laundry and other support functions, as well as the building’s mechanical and electrical equipment. A 130 car split level parking ramp is located on the east side of the building.
