Cattaraugus Indian Reservation Fire Station

New $11 million Cattaraugus Indian Reservation Volunteer Fire Department facility (Site Class D) to provide fire response, emergency medical and disaster management services. The 25,000 sf first floor has seven truck bays (five of which are pull through), an apparatus room, storage, a 400-person capacity assembly/banquet space, and a full commercial kitchen. The 8,875 sf second floor has offices, a training room/classroom, conference room, cot room, a kitchen and storage. Design features include a radiant floor heating system in the truck bays; exterior radiant heating/snow melt systems for the truck bay entrances and sidewalks; and three oversize AHUs (60 cfm per person) serving the banquet space.
