New $11.4 million, three-story, 39,390 sf mixed income senior housing apartment building with a total of 37 units of rental housing for senior citizens ages 55 and up. Seven of the apartments are fully accessible for mobility impaired or hearing and vision impaired residents. In addition, seven of the units are permanent supportive housing for seniors who have intellectual/developmental disabilities who live independently. The building has a community room on the main level with a kitchen area; a computer room and TV lounge/activities room; laundry facilities on each floor; and management offices.

The project was designed to meet Enterprise Green Communities criteria and included funding from the NYS Division of Homes and Community Renewal.
