Buffalo Engineering has provided engineering services for numerous projects at the company’s corporate headquarters since 2003. Work included mechanical design for the $18.5 million renovation project that converted the 25-year-old Rich Renaissance Niagara Atrium into the Innovation Center and Atrium. The 84,000 sf facility is a global culinary presentation, training and event center. The ultra-modern Customer Solution Studio (show kitchen), the Innovation Kitchen (test kitchen), a Learning Lab, R&D Lab, advanced video-conferencing/broadcast-enabled presentation capabilities, and collaborative meeting functionality are key elements of the multi-use expansion and renovation project. The facility continues to serve as a venue for public and private events and catering.

Services have also been provided for HVAC renovations and equipment replacement (boilers, cooling towers, fluid coolers, RTUs, kitchen ventilation) and for space renovations including data processing room, labs and offices.
