Engineering services for a $7.5 million expansion project at Fox Run at Orchard Park, a Lifecare Community that provides independent and assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and a rehabilitation center. 

The addition and alterations project involved a new two-story, 14,000 sf addition including a health center expansion and a new wing with 10 more skilled nursing beds. Existing wings underwent a phased renovation that created four “neighborhoods,” each with its own kitchen and dining area. One of the new neighborhoods was designated as a sub-acute rehabilitation area. The new design offers more private rooms, expands activity space, and creates nursing substations in each neighborhood. It also included a new main kitchen designated for the health center and a larger therapy clinic.
